WHAT IS 75 HARD?

75 HARD IS A CHALLENGE THAT CONSISTS OF 5 RULES YOU MUST FOLLOW ON A DAILY BASIS FOR 75 DAYS STRAIGHT.

THIS CHALLENGE IS FOCUSED ON IMPLEMENTING THESE RULES INTO YOUR LIFE.

THE OVERALL GOAL IS TO TRANSITION THESE RULES FROM DAILY HABITS INTO A LIFESTYLE.

FOR US, THIS CHALLENGE HAD A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR LIVES IT TAUGHT US CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

THIS WAS NECESSARY FOR US TO BECOME OUR BEST SELVES. 

THE RULES:

  1. DRINK ONE GALLON OF WATER (NO ALCOHOL)

  2. TWO 45 MIN. WORKOUTS (ONE MUST BE OUTSIDE)

  3. FOLLOW A DIET 

  4. READ 10 PAGES OF A ENTREPRENEURIAL BOOK 

  5. TAKE A PROGRESS PICTURE

  6. THESE RULES MUST BE COMPLETELY DAILY (NO EXCEPTIONS)

AS STATED BEFORE THIS IS A HABIT BASED CHALLENGE

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE ANY OF THESE RULES ON ANY GIVEN DAY, YOU MUST RESTART BACK TO DAY 1
