THIS CHALLENGE IS FOCUSED ON IMPLEMENTING THESE RULES INTO YOUR LIFE.
THE OVERALL GOAL IS TO TRANSITION THESE RULES FROM DAILY HABITS INTO A LIFESTYLE.
FOR US, THIS CHALLENGE HAD A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR LIVES IT TAUGHT US CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
THIS WAS NECESSARY FOR US TO BECOME OUR BEST SELVES.

TAKE A PROGRESS PICTURE

THESE RULES MUST BE COMPLETELY DAILY (NO EXCEPTIONS)

I bought vol. 1 of the 75 hard and I’m on day two but it’s no longer in my download and I can’t seem to get it back at all without have to buy it again. What do I need to do to get it?
